SLKOR Micro Semicon is a Chinese national high-tech enterprise headquartered in Shenzhen, with R&D centers in Beijing and Suzhou. Founded by a technical team primarily from Tsinghua University, the company specializes in the design, R&D, and manufacturing of advanced semiconductors, and possesses core technologies including SiC MOSFET and ultra-fast recovery power diodes.

SLKOR offers a broad product portfolio encompassing power devices (such as SiC SBDs, MOSFETs, IGBTs), power management ICs (including LDOs, AC-DC/DC-DC converters), sensors, optocouplers, and crystal oscillators. These products are widely applied in new energy vehicles, solar photovoltaics, industrial IoT, communication power supplies, consumer electronics, and smart wearable devices.

The company holds over 100 invention patents and supplies more than 2,000 product models. With ISO9001, RoHS, and REACH certifications, SLKOR emphasizes quality and collaboration, serving over 10,000 customers globally. Through its sister brand Kinghelm, it also provides RF and antenna solutions.
