The DTC143ZCA is a high-performance PNP bipolar junction transistor (BJT) designed for precision switching and amplification tasks in electronic circuits. Encapsulated in a compact SOT-23 package, this transistor offers robust performance with a maximum collector-emitter voltage (Vcc) of 50V and a maximum collector current (Ic) of 100mA.
