The Polar Bidirectional TVS Diode is an advanced electronic component designed to protect sensitive circuits from transient voltage spikes and surges in both directions. With a VRWM (Working Peak Reverse Voltage) of 5V, this diode is optimized for bidirectional transient voltage suppression applications. It features a VBR (Breakdown Voltage) range from 6.4V (minimum) to 7V (maximum), ensuring robust clamping of voltages that exceed these thresholds in either polarity. The diode maintains a low Ir (Reverse Leakage Current) of 400μA, minimizing standby power consumption. It can handle high peak pulse currents (Ipp) of up to 21.7A for 10/1000μs pulses, and offers a low VC (Clamping Voltage) of 9.2V. Additionally, it has a Ppp (Peak Pulse Power) rating of 200W for 10/1000μs pulses, effectively dissipating transient power to safeguard connected electronics.
Our advantages
Chinese manufacturing processes have undergone years of iteration, resulting in mature and reliable technologies. Many international corporations opt for production outsourcing in China. As an electronic components manufacturer in China, our products can fully replace those of major international brands in 99% of applications without the need for testing verification. Our products boast high consistency in quality, reasonable pricing, ample inventory, flexible supply, short lead times, and professional after-sales service.
