?The Polar Bidirectional TVS (Transient Voltage Suppression) Diode is an advanced semiconductor device designed to protect sensitive electronic circuits from transient voltage spikes and surges in both directions. With a VRWM (Working Peak Reverse Voltage) of 36V, this diode efficiently clamps transient voltages that exceed its breakdown voltage (VBR), ranging from 40V (minimum) to 44.2V (maximum). It features ultra-low reverse leakage current (Ir) of 1μA, ensuring minimal power dissipation during normal operation. Capable of handling peak pulse currents (Ipp) of up to 25.9A and transient power dissipation (Ppp) of 1500W for 10/1000μs pulses, this diode offers robust protection for a wide range of electronic applications.
