Description

The Polar Bidirectional TVS (Transient Voltage Suppression) Diode is an advanced semiconductor device designed to protect sensitive electronic circuits from transient voltage spikes and surges in both directions. With a V_RWM (Working Peak Reverse Voltage) of 36V, this diode efficiently clamps transient voltages that exceed its breakdown voltage (V_BR), ranging from 40V (minimum) to 44.2V (maximum). It features ultra-low reverse leakage current (I_r) of 1μA, ensuring minimal power dissipation during normal operation. Capable of handling peak pulse currents (I_pp) of up to 25.9A and transient power dissipation (P_pp) of 1500W for 10/1000μs pulses, this diode offers robust protection for a wide range of electronic applications.
