Description

The Polar Unidirectional TVS (Transient Voltage Suppression) Diode is a specialized semiconductor device designed to protect sensitive electronic circuits from transient voltage spikes and surges. Operating with a V_RWM (Working Peak Reverse Voltage) of 36V, this diode effectively clamps transient voltages that exceed its breakdown voltage (V_BR), which ranges from 40V (minimum) to 44.2V (maximum). It features ultra-low reverse leakage current (I_r) of 1μA, ensuring minimal power dissipation during normal operation. The diode can handle peak pulse currents (I_pp) of up to 25.9A and transient power dissipation (P_pp) of 1500W for 10/1000μs pulses, making it highly reliable in protecting sensitive electronics.
