China Semiconductor Industry updates

2. Hongling Silicon Materials (Urumqi) Co., Ltd.’s project to produce 100,000 tons of high-purity crystalline silicon annually has officially started, with a total investment of up to 9.5 billion yuan.

3. The FCBGA packaging substrate project (Phase I) of Coreis Semiconductor Technology (Dongyang) Co., Ltd. held its connection ceremony, with a total planned investment of about 5 billion yuan, implemented in three phases.

4. Rumors suggest that Dreametech Auto has secured orders exceeding 15 billion yuan.
