4. Panther Lake, the first client processor based on Intel’s 18A process technology (3rd-generation Core Ultra), has entered production. Mass production will begin later this year, with the first SKU shipping before year-end and full availability in January 2026.

China Semiconductor Industry updates

1. Beijing Chip-Creation RuiSheng Technology Co., Ltd. announced that its brand LeaMEMS has officially formed a strategic partnership with Huaqiang Mall, a leading one-stop electronic components procurement platform.

2. Liaoning Hanjing Semiconductor Materials Co., Ltd. has officially launched production at its Lida Factory’s high-end production line, achieving a total capacity of 2 billion units.

3. Changxin Technology Group Co., Ltd., the parent company of leading DRAM manufacturer CXMT (ChangXin Memory Technologies), has completed its IPO counseling report, with an estimated valuation exceeding 140 billion RMB.

4. Guizhou Guinai Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. has officially commenced production. The project, with a total investment of 210 million RMB, will be built in three phases to establish four optocoupler production lines.

5. Hefei Shenhe Zhiliang Technology Co., Ltd. held a groundbreaking ceremony for its new production base, representing a total investment of 300 million RMB.

6. Chongqing Yuntong Technology Co., Ltd. has signed and launched its automotive-grade semiconductor project, with a planned total investment of 1 billion RMB.

7. SiFang Optoelectronics plans to invest 600 million RMB to build a high-end sensor industrial base in Wuhan East Lake.
