Description

The M20A is a versatile general-purpose rectifier diode engineered for reliable performance across a wide range of electronic applications. With a maximum reverse voltage (Vr) rating of 2000V and a forward current (Io) handling capability of 1A, this diode efficiently converts alternating current (AC) to direct current (DC) while minimizing power loss. It features a low forward voltage drop (Vf) of 1.1V and a low reverse leakage current (Ir) of only 5μA, ensuring efficient energy conversion and stable operation in various circuit configurations.
