Global Semiconductor Industry updates

1. Nikon Corporation, the Japanese optical and precision manufacturing giant, will permanently close its Yokohama factory on September 30, 2025.

China Semiconductor Industry updates

1. The State Council issued the “Opinions on Deepening the Implementation of the ‘AI+’ Action”, stating the need to promote integrated development of AI-driven technology R&D, engineering implementation, and product deployment, accelerate the “1-to-N” technology application and iterative breakthroughs, and facilitate efficient transformation of innovative achievements.

2. The new generation of Chinese operating system, Galaxy Kirin OS V11, was officially released, achieving full compatibility with domestic mainstream CPUs, GPUs, and boards, building a complete domestic ecosystem.

3. Shiyun Circuit plans to invest RMB 1.5 billion to construct the “Xinchuang Zhizai” next-generation PCB intelligent manufacturing base project.
