Description

The General-purpose Diode S5MB is a high-performance rectifier diode designed to provide efficient rectification and robust performance in various electronic circuits. With a maximum reverse voltage (Vr) of 1000V and a forward current (Io) rating of 5A, the S5MB diode ensures reliable operation in demanding applications. It features a low forward voltage drop (Vf) of 1.1V at 5A, minimizing power loss and heat generation during operation. The diode also exhibits a low reverse current (Ir) of 10μA at 1000V, ensuring excellent performance and reliability in diverse circuit designs.
