The S6MC is a high-performance general-purpose rectifier diode designed to deliver efficient rectification and reliable performance in diverse electronic circuits. Featuring a maximum reverse voltage (Vr) rating of 1000V and a forward current (Io) rating of 6A, the S6MC diode is capable of handling high-power applications with ease. It offers a low forward voltage drop (Vf) of 1.15V at 6A, minimizing power loss and ensuring efficient energy conversion. Additionally, the diode exhibits a low reverse leakage current (Ir) of 5μA at 1000V, ensuring stable operation and reliability in demanding environments.
